Just another model I got the idea for during a lecture. |
Start with a Waterbomb Base.

(Inside) Reverse Fold

Prefold both sheets of paper in both directions (mountain and valley). Then open the model a little bit and bring the top point down so that the mountain fold edge becomes a valley fold edge.

2. Swing one flap over. Repeat on the other side. You should have four flaps on each side.

Valley Fold

The valley fold is formed by folding the paper toward oneself. An arrow shows where to fold the piece of paper to.

4. Precrease the base of the flower in both directions.

(Inside) Reverse Fold

Prefold both sheets of paper in both directions (mountain and valley). Then open the model a little bit and bring the top point down so that the mountain fold edge becomes a valley fold edge.
Swing the small flap back up again. Repeat on the other side.

6. Open the flower along the crease made in step 4.
