Another Flower

Just another model I got the idea for during a lecture.



Start with a Waterbomb Base.


Step 1

1. Inside reverse folds to the middle. Repeat on the other side.

Step 2

2. Swing one flap over. Repeat on the other side. You should have four flaps on each side.


Step 3

3. Valley fold one flap upwards. Repeat on the other side. Turn the model upside down.

Step 4

4. Precrease the base of the flower in both directions.


Step 5

5. Inside reverse fold the two flaps downwards along red line. The best way to do this is taking the top point and carfully pulling it downwards into the right position (see next picture).
Swing the small flap back up again. Repeat on the other side.

Step 6

6. Open the flower along the crease made in step 4.


Step 7

7. You'll get a base with this flower on it. Hide the four little triangles with inside reverse folds.

Step 8

8. The finished flower.
